Job Description

We’re looking for an individual who will be accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.


Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Reports To: President


  • Collaborate with Controller to prepare budgets, forecasts and planned capital expenditures.
  • Review monthly financials statements and provides analysis to President & Board;
  • Collaborate with VP Marketing to prepare future revenue projections and targets to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with R & D to initiate projects and coordinate with operations to ensure meeting targets on time/budget.


  • College degree with an emphasis on accounting.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience required

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee will spend up to 8 hours daily of viewing a computer screen. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
